If you come across any queries, the SkoolLive application provides you with an option to raise a ticket and submit your queries. Once the query is submitted you will receive an email with the solution. Follow the below steps to submit your request:
- In the Home page, click the HELP & SUPPORT icon (or) Click Support in the left pane. The application navigates to the SUPPORT RESOURCES
- In the SUPPORT RESOURCES page, in the upper right corner click the Submit a request The application navigates to the SUBMIT A REQUEST page.
- Enter the appropriate information in all the relevant fields and then click Submit.
